• Continue to allocate adequate funding to our police and fire departments to provide the resources needed to keep our community safe.

• Continue to ensure public safety budgets make the best use of public funds, prioritizing staffing, training, and equipment to best serve our city.

• Continue to ensure that our public works departments (water, trash, roads, maintenance) are properly staffed and have the tools they need to keep our city running smoothly.   

• Allocate more funds for our aging infrastructure so we can be proactive, instead of reactive, to inevitable deterioration.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

• Add funding for new entrepreneurial startup programs.

• Create incentives for existing companies to relocate and invest in our city.

• Institute policies to stimulate local business growth.
